It's Satsuma Season!

Everyone has been giving us satsumas, we're now up to a couple of sackfuls. We've been eating them plain, but I'm starting to get tired of them and I would like something a little more exciting. I was thinking of steeping some of them in vodka, but that takes ages and I'm sure that we'll get more this week.
